Conveniently located just west of Cammack Village and the Heights, Kingwood is a popular choice for singles and young families.

Kingwood homes are mostly one-levels built from the 1940s through the 1960s.  Some homes in the adjacent Overlook area offer views of the Arkansas River.  The neighborhood is close to shopping in the Heights and is near the Big Dam Bridge, a pedestrian and biking bridge that crosses the Arkansas River.

Prices for Kingwood homes range from $150,000 to $300,000; those with river views command from $500,000 to $1 million.
